The Role

As an Agi Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations moving safely and efficiently:

  • Operate agitator (Agi) trucks in underground and/or surface environments
  • Deliver concrete to site in line with production schedules
  • Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Work closely with batch plant teams and site supervisors
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

What You Bring

We’re looking for operators who are reliable, safety focused, and take pride in their work:

  • Proven experience operating Agi trucks (underground experience highly regarded)
  • Valid HR driver’s licence (or higher)
  • Strong understanding of mine site safety requirements
  • Ability to work in fast paced, production driven environments
  • Solid communication skills and a team first attitude
  • Mechanical awareness and basic troubleshooting capability
